Making A Splash On A Raining Day
Publicite Ad Factory Unveils Four Exclusive Australian Umbrella Lines.
Montreal, January 15, 2005 -- From the land of the Outback, kangaroos and koalas comes a new way to brighten a rainy day: umbrellas from Clifton Joseph, Justwhat, Shelta & UmbrellaTalk. "Come and have a gander at our stormsticks from the Land of Oz," says Andrew Severs, President and CEO of Publicite Ad Factory Inc. Stormsticks is an Australian slang term used to denote umbrellas and we hope to kick up a storm with our new product lines.
For the first time, these four product lines are now available in North America through Publicite Ad Factory Inc. and they can be purchased from the companys Apartment 1G web site (www.apartment1g.com). As the product rollout continues, plans are to ultimately unveil a unique full-fledged web destination, BrellaBrella, where they will be pitched using The Aussie Awesome tagline designed to emphasize the awesome nature of these amazingly different umbrellas.
We think both retailers and consumers will be more than pleasantly surprised by these exceptional Australian umbrellas. They bring a dramatic, fresh new look to umbrellas and have been known to get people to pray for rain so they can actually get a chance to use their favorite stormsticks, says Mr. Severs. Heres a glimpse into the extraordinary nature of Publicite Ad Factorys four new product offerings:
Clifton Joseph: An umbrella line comprised of a wide selection of ladies fashion print umbrellas: regular, folding, mini, maxi, alu-light (light aluminum shaft/aluminum look handle and wind resistant), plus mens, childrens, golf and exclusive Australian Art designs. Couple this with just one of their numerous dazzling visual collections, the Artbrella Collection picturesque, colorful and vibrant images that transform these sturdy umbrellas into masterpieces of art. Clifton was also the official umbrella supplier to the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Justwhat: A small boutique umbrella collection with outrageously wild designs from two Aussie Divas.
Shelta: This line of stunning Aussie aboriginal designs includes models in regular, folding and mini formats for both men and women. Shelta also has an extremely colorful line of everyday floral, art, golf and childrens umbrellas. The Shelta brand has been a popular staple of the Australian umbrella industry since the 1930s.
UmbrellaTalk: Theyll be the talk of the town once people see the tongue-in-cheek UmbrellaTalk designs on the street. Theyre umbrellas with attitude from down!
Were probably one of the few companies that look forward to a rainy day, says Mr. Severs, who brings a special family love of umbrellas to this venture. "My late grandmother worked at a well-established Montreal department store in the mid-1900s. She just loved umbrellas and was second to none when it came to selling them. In fact, she was honored with a first prize round-trip to New York for being the store's best umbrella seller. Selling umbrellas, it seems, is something that just runs in our family.''
Publicite Ad Factory Inc has been serving clients since 1984, handling corporate, retail, museum, party, souvenir, gift and custom-product markets in North America.
